First step is to create Create a mental health plan with your GP. This is done by the following steps;

• Book a double appointment with your GP
• Meet with your GP, highlighting that you would like to/need to go on a mental health plan.
• Be prepared to engage your GP in a series of questions that relate to how you feel,  This is to get an understanding of the issues.

Once you are approved for a mental health plan, you are entitled to 6 initial sessions with a Psychologist
